The Honeymooners in the Room Next Door

As K. Vonnegut would say, “Listen:” The Disney machine and American Idol devise and churn out performers which many audiences buy up as sweet, charming, cute, innocent, etc.. I argue that you are likely to smash those false 'Idols' after you sample Mates of State. If you’re here for the first time you’re in for a treat. The real deal. Mates of State’s ‘My Solo Project’ is a simple, sweet, fun, interesting and unique expression. A kind of honest nuzzling between two people (they're married, by the way) that comes out as the most enjoyable conversation we, as an audience, can be let in on. Amazing

A very good record. Track 2 - Proofs has been my number one played in my iTunes Library since a year ago. Not every track is amazing, but when Mates of State rock you, they rock you hard.
