Expanding the BFS Repertoire
If you haven't heard "My Wena" yet, you're missing out, but aside from that, the addition of "I'll Always Remember You (That Way)" and "Goodbye Friend" rounds out this EP and takes it from the 2:50 love song to a p***s to a complete emotional roller coaster. "Always Remember" evokes the deep yearning for the first love and all the fuzzy/uncomfortable memories that are involved with that but "Goodbye" is a tear jerker for anyone who ever lost someone close but didn't understand why. The song is journey of the cacaphony of emotions that accompany a friend's suicide and (as someone who has recently been through that) almost provide some comfort at someone addressing your pain for you. It is a beautiful and moving piece... and once you're done being sad, start at the top again with "Wena" and laugh your a*s off again!

This EP is bowling for soups greatest EP yet, which makes sense since it is paving the way for the greatest album of all time coming out in September. Combining a brilliantly done pure comedy and pun's song, a little sadder song still full of comedy and guest vocals, and perhaps what may even be considered a ballad this EP is sure to please listeners of all genres. Having a bad day? Take a listen to My Wena and you won't be able to help yourself from smiling, combine it with the music video and you'll be laughing for quite some time. For 3 bucks you definitely can't get more for your money. Excellent album.
