These songs played all the time on the late 1960's radio in Los Angeles. Neil was and is always about the voice, the song, the story, and the music. The whole package matters and that is why these are classics.

If you could own only one Neil Diamond album - this is it!

One of the greatest singer/songwriters from the early days of rock & roll, Neil's been rocking hard for decades, and these are the songs that established his fame for all time! Kentucky Woman, Cherry Cherry, Shilo, Solitary Man, and Girl You'll Be a Woman Soon are my personal favorites, but they're all classics for all ages to enjoy! This collection embodies the Neil sound that's stripped down, simplified, powerful. Its the approach Neil rediscovered with his newest album, 12 Songs, which also rocks HARD.

Great Collection - Neil's best

Circa 1963 through 1975 was maybe the best time collectively for pop/rock music and Neil was very much a part of that time period. Enjoy!
