Never the Same - Single

Very close to having it right!

     

I browse through I-Tunes all the time looking for new bands. I don't usually leave reviews but I wanted to give an opinion in hopes that the band might consider what my review is. This is not a bad review but I'm actually trying to give constructive advice. The music actually is pretty good, soothing and pleasant to listen to. The only thing that needs work is the vocals. The singers voice isn't bad, the phrasing and the delivery of some of the vocals is good, but some of the notes are very shaky, I know the delivery calls for soft vocals but some of the notes are just flat and very shaky! I don't care how great the music is and how amazing its played, if the singer is off....the band will will not be as good as it could be! So there is nothing that can't be fixed and worked on. I've been producing bands for years, any producer (who's worth a crap) or vocal teacher would say the same. Look at almost every top band now and look back at when they got started. Huge improvements in performances because they recognized things to work on and they did it!!! So good luck guys.... keep pushing!!!!
