Album Review
Maurice Starr's vision peaked with this second album by New Edition. They were now thoroughly Jackson 5 clones and were reaping similar commercial dividends thanks to the teen angst cuts "Cool It Now" and "Mr. Telephone Man." They earned their first platinum album, one Top Ten hit and another Top 20 pop single (both songs topped the R&B charts) and were among the hottest acts in either pop or R&B during this stretch.

So close, but so far away...
Why is it so hard to make a complete New Edition compilation? The single version of "N.E. Heart Break" is a huge plus, but something tells me this version of "Every Little Step" still doesn't include Bobby's rap. Even worse, the album version of "You Don't Have to Worry" is included instead of the remix featuring Missy Elliott. The omissions of "Popcorn Love" and "Candy Girl" are completely ridiculous. Still, out of all the lackluster N.E. hits compilations, this is the best.
Great collection
Though tracks from the Candy Girl Album is missing. This is a great collection for any NE fans. just proof how these boys are legends.
Almost there...
A few things I would change/add to this album would be to 1)Add Candy Girl, 2)Add Popcorn Love, & 3) Not to use the single version of If It Isn't Love, use the 5 minute version. Other than that, this album is satisfactory.
