Amazing
Absolutely incredible! And I'm not just saying that. Ok here's the breakdown:
1. Take it Personal: 5 out of 5. Probably my favorite song on the album. Great beats, catchy, and great to workout to.
2. Crush Me: 5. Definitely an amazing club song. Good harmonies. Great single.
3. Breathe Deception: 5. Second fav. Personally this is the most mainstream song. I think it could do really well on all radio stations. Owl City anyone?
4. Rollin' With the Dead: 4. Little creepy, but a great beat.
5. Emily: 5. Sweet, amazing, once again could hear it on the raido, easily.
6. Theme for Our Getaway: 5. Perfect to just get away and have fun. Pair with Calvin Harris and you've got a great night.
7. Beautiful Synthetic: 4. Relaxing almost. Just a good jam song.
8. Dream This Dream: 5. I will cry if this doesn't hit the clubs soon.
9. Little Miss Unwind: 5. Chillin with the girls? Put this song on and your night will have the perfect mood music.
10. Yesterday's Chemistry: 3. Still great but not as much as the others. Good roadtrip music.
11. No Chaser: 5. Once again I will cry if this isn't in the clubs soon. Perfect song to dance to with a beautiful stranger.
12. Chick Flick Tears: 4. Girls night song once again. Easy to sing along to and very catchy.
13. Escape the Season: 4. Good music to escape with.
14. In my Head: 4. Pair with song above and you've got great borderline trance music.

In a day of cookie cutter bands and single driven albums comes Go Periscope debut self titled album where you press play and can let it play until the end. A lot of time and work was put into it and you can hear it. Buy this album, support this band, your ears will thank you.
My Favorite New Band of 2010
Go Periscope has some awesome original tracks that bringing new life and meaning to the electronic/technopop scene. Arguably one of the best independent bands out there. I've been anticipating this album for months, and would highly recommend it to anyone. Hopefully in time they'll gain the recognition they deserve.
