Just the beginning
I love this EP! Its the perfect balance of romance and adventure. Listening to the lyrics I can tell Michael wears his heart on his sleeve.
I am a lyrical connoisseur and this EP gives me exactly what I crave beautiful heart felt lyrics and melodies.
I love Nomad vol. 1 and I cant wait to hear the rest of the volumes! Im ready for the musical journey that is Michael Ripoll's Nomad series.

Nomad Vol. 1 Sky - From the artists perspective
As the artist, I know it's a little unorthodox to write a review. So instead, I'm writing a little biographical insight blurb if you will.... NOMAD, being the basic theme of a series of 4 EP's, is a chronicled journey from all 4 methods of travel: SKY, FOOT, SEA, and WHEEL. I figured instead of releasing an entire album of ten or more songs at once, it would be more befitting to release a handful at a time while experiencing the real life 'Nomadic' adventures of my life.
This first volume, 'Sky' includes an uptempo acoustic guitar driven song, "I'm Sorry" about break-ups and make-ups, a lovey- dovey song, "Love Me Back" (LaDiDa) telling of the happy-isims we all experience from being in love, the title track "Nomad" telling of my life on the road with an organic motion based band type feel , and finally a song, "High" about emotional entrapment by a taboo lover, complete with the exaggerated emotional ups and downs of the experience with a heart bleeding electric guitar solo.
I hope you tune in for each volume of the series, and please enjoy the journey!
