These beats are tight
The instrumental traxx on this album are far from ur ordinary airwarve bullsh*t!!! Big UP to Ayatollah, keep holding down the beats! My favorite traxx are 1. The Devil Is Sweet 2. Kingston 3. Highway to Heaven 4. Intimate Connection (Hidden Track) 5. Hold U, So check out this producer's work whos been here for years!!!!
The_Mockingbird, The_Mockingbird...Come On!(like marv tkvah from mad tv)
Don't listen to The_Mockingbird. If you check his iPod, it is probably full of paul wall, D4L, slim thug, and the rest of the no talent rappers that are polluting the airwaves nowadays. I know this isn't Gangstarr or Jurassic 5, but it is still some classic East Coast style music. Good stuff to just sit back and listen to.
Ayatollah=Aight
Peace to Ayatollah, a very slept-on, dope hip hop producer. This album is OK--nothing groundbreaking, nothing entirely garbage. I just wish it was mixed better--hard to enjoy some tracks when the bass or drums are distorting badly. I'm very interested to see what his next album will sound like.
