Great track with great musicians!
This track features some fantastic twists and turns. Very danceable, funky and musically ahead of the curve!
Ant Law's guitar sounds very George Benson and Colah's organ solo is outstanding along with Mike Parlett's signature Tenor sound.
Well done guys. Deserves to be a big smooth jazz hit!
Ocean Tide
James Colah has really come up with a winner with Ocean Tide. If you like smoooth jazz, this is just what you are looking for. Really enjoy the intro, the ocean sound. They didn't miss a thing. Don't take my word for it, add it to your itunes music, I did.
One track, a thousand vibes
Rhythm, style, and quality are all wrapped up neatly in this smooth jazz single. "Ocean Tide" bops, moves, and sways with some great melody and an equally great hook. The Parlett-Colah Project's smart instrument arrangement shows that they "get it." There's smart sax, smart guitar, smart bass, and even that great Hammond organ for some serious effect. One track with a big, big voice!
