Customer Reviews
Too many Quotes
Although I love the music for Ocean's 11, I do not approve of the movie quotes inserted into the tracks. I think it is an effective way to open the album, the same way the movie begins, however, I would much rather listen to the raw music playing, without character interjections.
Voice-over ruins it
I have loved this movie ever since I first saw it in the theaters when it first came out. I'm also not usually a soundtrack guy, but this soundtrack is one I always wanted to get. After reading all of the reviews for the soundtrack, I can categorically state I will NOT buy this until they re-release it without the voice-overs. For a musician, this absolutely ruins the entire experience. I also have to believe David Holmes is not too wild about this either. Way to go, folks - you ruined what would have been a completely cool experience by trying to be too clever.
This Movie Is Awesome!
I love all of the "Oceans" Movies, but this one is my favorite!
