Way over due is right.
Obviously we all know that it's not the 90's anymore but the new generation of hip hop/rap really needs to be exposed to it because those were the days when rappers would actually bring it on the mic unlike today where most if not everyone sounds the same or rushes to make mediocre records for some quick money. Rappin' 4-Tay has been holding it down for a long time but if you're not familiar with him then you might know him as the feature on the 2Pac song "Only God Can Judge Me" off the All Eyez On Me album, if not from that then "I'll Be Around" & "Playaz Club" were some big hits of his, but either way people need to recognize a true legend in the rap game such as Rappin' 4-Tay & he's a good way to get started.
