Beautiful Compilation of Artistic Starbucks Partners (Employees)

When I heard that the company was having a songwriting contest for its employees to put on a CD, I thought it was a great idea to show appreciation for what they do in and out of work. Now that I have head the result, I love it even more. The album is very diverse of contemporary easy listening music. Plus the proceeds are split between the artist, company and charity. Good going Starbucks for a continuous showing of love for your employees.

Off the Clock is a great addition to any collection

For almost a week, I waited in anticipation while the CD stayed in a box on the shelf in the back room at the Starbucks I work in. I bought it as soon as I could. This album really showcases the broad talents and many abilities of Starbucks Partners. Each song has such a different and personal touch that really stays true to the quality and diversity for which Starbuck strives. My three favorites (if I had to just pick three) are Sparrow by Scattered Trees, Champagne Wishes by The Young Immortals and Stay for Good by Carly Escoto. I am proud of my Partners and you will be amazed at the talent that is present in each song on this album.

This album is AMAZING! I can't stop listening to it. Kudos to Starbucks and iTunes for giving these incredible talents the opportunity to be heard. There is something for everyone on this CD, I love the diversity of the music...the only commonality in all the songs is the quality. A must have for anyone who is looking for something new and not mainstream.
