Raw, Real, and a Must have start to a Chris Ames Collection

     

In this, the first of the Christopher Ames collection, he truly sells the Independent style he represents. This CD was cut Live in the coffee house setting that made Chris the artist and entertainer that people all around the United States would come to love and included are some tracks that would be the start of the work that Chris became best known for. Included are live tracks that would later be mastered such as “The Remnant, Part One” (found on “Believing Beyond the Shadows”), and “Level 3” (Mastered on “Take it In”). “Revenge of the Piñata People”, one of my favorite songs, is included in this CD and could only be released on a live CD to grasp the energy that this song emits. Also, a two minute audio track is included that demonstrates the true entertainer Chris is live. It is only a shame that we just get a few moments with him. Chris could put out an album with just audience interaction and it would sell. This CD will wow any acoustic fan who simply has an appreciation for the artist, and his variety in style and skill. And this CD has it all: Easy listing, Blue Grass story telling, Raw Blues (harmonica included at no extra charge), an instrumental track that will just make you say “WOW” and not to forget some comedy. This is a must have for all fans.
