Great album
I found charm for free through Songbird, but the rest of the songs are great too.
I love it
Okay, I may not have this CD or the other one but I met them in Brooklyn, New York and got a free CD which had three songs on it. I was a bit confused at first but I slowly got real used to the music and wish i could find it somewhere other then iitunes.......but yea its a great band!

I dig every track on this record. Each is so different and unique from the next: poignant, cheerful, thought provoking, sorrowful, celebratory, melancholic. Love the tin-can blues thump of Same As You and the meandering of Charm. Nameless has a Stevie Wonder voice and rag tag guitar... very cool pairing. Sally Goodin' seems it would go well with a bourbon and a comfortable rocking chair. The sound and feel of Junior League reminds me of the movie, Cold Mountain. Clawhammer banjo, weeping fiddle, steady bass and drum lines, strong melodies and compositions. A really neat blend of rootsy music from Appalachia and the Delta with an indie-rock touch. Guess that's why they classify themselves as Indie-Roots. I also enjoyed Lissy Rosemont's previous project, The Rosemont Family Reunion, based out of Washington DC. Junior League is a more mature, cohesive sound but I've enjoyed both of her projects very much.
