My Favorite New Discovery (thank you She & Him)
I caught these two opening for She & HIm at The Bowery Ballroom a month or so ago and was taken completely by surprise. It's not often that an opening act catches my attention - much less steals my heart AND fits so perfectly within the context of the whole night of music. BONUS -then they sang with She & HIm! Making their live show really come close to the layered beauty of their recording - which I didn't think was possible live. I should have known M. Ward would figure out a way to do it. Thrilled to get this EP and of course - it's beautiful and stands on it's own. I highly recommend it!
Chapin Sisters are Great!
We saw them a few years ago in a performance with the rest of the Chapin Family and have loved them ever since. 'Girlfriend' is one of our all-time favorite songs!
She & Him concert opener
Just saw them tonight in Oakland @ the Fox opening and performing with She & Him. FANTASTIC voices and harmony. Had to come straight home and buy this EP they mentioned during the show.
