this album was...
average but creative. the sound was calm and relaxing. the song "all i want is you" was great in the movie juno>
old memories
Way back in the 80's I would play "my brother thinks he's a bannana" over and over for my children, then I lost the tape (remember those ?) and could not find the album in any music store. While singing " my dog bernard" to myself this evening, it finally occured to me to Google "my dog bernard" and whoopee. So be careful when buying anything by Mr Polisar, his songs will stick in your brain for a very long time.
Polisar, Old Dogs New Tricks
Well, I'll be dipped in crap. I bought this CD to get "All I Want is You" like everybody else and found out that its not the best track on the CD. And thats saying something, as "All I Want is You" is some fine listening. Get this CD, listen to it and let your kids listen to it. In fact make your kids listen to it. Then learn how to play guitar, print out the chords and lyrics, learn the songs and play them to your grandkids. Now thats living large.
