Winner Winner, Chicken Dinner
The District Attorneys (DAs) are a fresh new band that has quickly acquired a loyal fan base through their high-energy live performances in both the Athens and Atlanta, GA music scenes. "Orders From..." showcases frontman Drew Beskin's natural ear for music as well as his talent for writing compelling and emotional material. From the soft and melodic "Jerry Ten" to the rompin' stompin' "Splitsville," the DAs deliver a rock-solid first album that establishes a firm foundation for them to continue to build upon. I would highly suggest seeing these guys live when possible in order to hear the rest of their material that is not yet available through iTunes. You will not be disappointed.

Incredible find
The District Attorneys don't disappoint in their EP, "Orders From...", and they seem to be one of the best new bands to be coming out of the Athens/Atlanta area this summer. Front man Drew Beskin seems to have a real knack for songwriting, and their brand of rock has just enough folk/blues influence to keep it honest to the south. The album is eclectic, yet the tracks relate with one another, and each one is so necessary. Hope to catch another one of their live shows sometime soon.
