WOW how did this guy get his name on itunes? his music smells worse then my old gym socks. I wouldnt buy this album if someone paid me. Go back to your hoopty you simpleton. ORiginal moma's boy is more like it! this guy has the vocabulary of a 3rd grader.
Pleasantly Surprised
I just got this, so no word on how it holds up to repeated listens, but, besides down with bush, I liked the songs (nothing against the message, but - the song sucked). His Lyrics may not have the most substance, but, most rap lyrics don't. I mean all Mf Doom does is string random words that sound good together, and there's nothing wrong with that, it sounds good. Same with this guy, his lyrics may not be the greatest, but it's fun music, and it is unique too. I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews this guy is getting on i-tunes, I was very impressed and have enjoyed this album immensely. Mighty Casey kind of reminds me of "if sublime was a hip-hop band" - it's got that kind of feel/attitude. Give the album a chance. It's darn fun to listen to.
