This is a truely great album

A great blues artist Otis Rush out does himself again with terrific lyrics and vocals. Along with his great guitar skills this is one album that should not be over looked. Its even nominated for best traditional album of the year. Play on Otis Rush.

Otis RUSH, Y'all!

Not "RUCH", as iTunes has this listed. But if you're here, it's because you know Otis Rush is one of the modern pioneers of the blues genre; and look no further than his masterful treatment of his own composition "All Your Loving", which I could listen to all day, every day, if I were so inclined. Or even forced to listen to by Secret Police, who might think they were torturing me, but who would be SO wrong, as they usually are.

Breaking into the R&B Top Ten his very first time out in 1956 with the startlingly intense slow blues "I Can't Quit You Baby," southpaw guitarist Otis Rush subsequently established himself as one of the premier bluesmen on the Chicago circuit. Rush is often credited with being one of the architects of the West side guitar style, along with Magic Sam and Buddy Guy. It's a nebulous honor, since Rush played clubs on Chicago's South side just as frequently during the sound's late-'50s incubation...
