For decades Beres has given us the blueprint for love, peace, joy and understanding one another through his music. If you listen to the great modern day reggae musicians when they big up their musical influences, they ALL give thanks to Beres. This album is a testament to that respect. If you play a 1990's Beres tune today, it sounds as sweet as it did back then. His tunes can still mash up di dance! So when you play a version from this "homage" album for others, watch their reactions. If the massive knows Beres' music, it will be pure joy. If they haven't heard Beres before, they'll think these "new" tunes are wicked! Then, run the originals of these Beres tracks and enjoy the vibe. Niceness, guaranteed!
