Out of Orbit - EP

About time! Fictivision's Out of Orbit is truly out there!

     

Bart van Wissen, known by trance lovers as "Fictivision", may be one of the greatest electronic musicians of our time. And I say this after combing through thousands of songs over the years. Out of Orbit is probably my favorite tune by a solo Fictivision. The synth sounds are more simple, but no less epic, compared to what is generally out there in the trance world. Instead of supersaws, we are offered a more metallic, melodic sound, playing into a melody that will surely hook you for a long, long time. The Phynn version is also insane, but maybe less uplifting. His version experiments more with acid elements and progressive drives. Both are nice, but Bart's version is truly the one that's under the limelight.
