Pages of Life: Chapters 1 & 2 is a double-disc set: the first disc is a new studio record, the second a live set that captures Fred Hammond & Radical For Christ in concert in Detroit. Both records demonstrate that Hammond is an innovative, exceptional musician, capable of capturing the spiritual fervor of traditional gospel with the smooth rhythms and streetwise attitude of urban R&B. This is especially apparent on the second disc, when the spirit simply surges through the live performance, but the first disc is one of Hammond's better records, filled with great songs and true passion.

BEST CD OF ALL TIME!!
This cd came out in 1998 and I am still listening to this cd on a regular basis. The songs are timeless. The worship songs will take you into the presence of God and the praise songs will have you singing and dancing wherever you are. If you don't by another cd, you need to buy this one! This is the best gospel cd ever and one of the best cds of all genres of all time. A pure classic!
