Saigon's new single
First single off of Saigon's debut album (on a major label/Atlantic) The Greatest Story Never Told. Cocoa Chanelle's production was hard hitting to show the pain in this track, as hard hitting bass and Trey Songz soulful hook create a solid hook. The sample is nicely used and Saigon's storytelling is solid. Good track here that hasn't gotten the recognition it deserves. Supposedly Atlantic and Sai are having troubles, as they aren't releasing his album due to him not being a "jingle artist" and that they care about money not music, so he said he will release it independently if Atlantic won't release it. As of now there is no release date (July 31st was rumored but highly doubtful).
Entourage
As soon as I saw this dude on entourage I thought that he was gonna be big and I was right. This kid's skills are so tight he should have his own entourage. If you're thinking about not buying this single look at it this way, this is a rapper that could even make Trey Songz look a litlle more gangsta so you know he's gotta be doing somthing right.
The Next Pac
As soon as this drops.....buy the album. When all is said and done Saigon aka "The Yardfather" will go down next to Pac as one of the greatest MC's to ever blaze the mic
