Captures the Magic
Courtney Marie Andrews is an amazing singer/songwriter who's live performances are engaging and unforgetable. Her first album, Urban Myths, is amazing but this 2nd album truly captures her voice and the feeling of her songs. This a no miss album! Her lyrics are distinct enough to feel like you are reading her diary, but relatable enough to feel like you are reading your own. Listen to the samples, buy the album, friend her on myspace, and find a way to see her LIVE! Just do it!

This is my first review I have ever written so barr with me. Courtney Marie Andrews is one of the most talented singers I have ever heard!! I remember hearing her sing at conspire (coffee shop in Phoenix ) during first Friday and was called not only to her beautful voice but the story she was saying, to many times you hear musicians sing but with out feeling because the story they tell is not thiers but when courtney sang you could feel the saddness and joy coming from her heart &soul and which she does extrodinarly well in "The Painters hands and the seventh son". If you need a comparison try bat for lashes mixed with Jenny Lewis! So try it out and support a local artist.
