Nice Debut / 3.5 stars is better

Interesting Album, and not quite sure who to compare them too. AOR styled rock music. INstantly fell in love with the fantastic, layered vocals and harmonies. Not much of a lead guitarist here, more like 2 rhythm guitar players with minor solo work. Dissapointed in the Drum machine. Could have used a little more production work to tidy it up. This album continues to grow. Feel it starts of slightly weak, but gets better as the album progresses. Best track: Heroes Don't Cry. Give it a shot

Solid melodic Finnish rock, EXCELLENT CD

This CD has talented vocals with harmonic choruses and crunchy guitars that are an extension of the melodies. The guitars are both shredding and beautiful. Excellent musicianship I have come to love of the Finnish rock and metal scene. The listener will not be disapointed. Highly recommended.

Good Vocal Hooks

Overall Musically it sounds really good, they did not reinvent the wheel here that's for sure, good solid songwriting using very common chord progressions. The vocal hooks are really good. Lead work is nothing to write home about, it's obvious he's not a shredder but they are tastefully done. Drums are descent, but my major gripe about this album is the drum sound, the drums sound like those bad simmons electronics you heard on those bad Richard Marx Albums from the 80's. (think Top Gun) worked for that, but not here. Very electronic sounding and not well mixed. The vocal hooks are kinda tribal and fit the band name well. Good album, just could use a little better lead guitar work and for god's sake please FIX THAT DRUM SOUND!!! Awful!
