Customer Reviews

Short but sweet

Despite the extreme shortness of this album, it is very high quality music. I especially enjoyend the guitar concerto, though I had already owned the second movement. Overall, I would say this music is more modern and creative than much classical guitar music I have heard from Parkening, and some of the pieces use techniques of interwoven precussion and instrumentation that sounded fresh to my ears. If you've got the money to spend on it, buy it. However, if you are just starting to build a collection of classical guitar music, you would be better suited to buy another album for the number and length of the pieces.
