I want to be Mrs.Nerimon
I absolutely love this album. Alex Day is completely beyond amazing, not only in the vocal department but also as a guitarist. Is it wierd to think that dragging a little piece of plastic over little rope things is attractive? Because I do... Oh! And one more thing, before I go absolutely insane and buy each song twice. Me and my friends absolutely love love love love the Ginger Cats video. I have no idea why, but we're always quoting that and the Georgia video. :] We get joy out of the simplest thing, but this is a big one!!!!! xoxoxoxoxo
one word: amazing
I have been listening to Alex Day's Naramania! for a while now, and its still one of my favorite albums. but Parrot Stories, if its possible, is even better, catchier, and overall really fun to listen to!
i love alex day and definitely pre-orderd his album.

Vocals could be better
The instrumentals and the lyrics are amazing, as are expected from Tom Milsom and Alex Day. However, the vocals leave something to be desired. They sound practically the same in every song, with basically no difference between the happy, upbeat songs and the sad songs, and are kind of nasally. Really, I think that the album would've been better had Alex found another person to sing some of the tracks. Some of the tracks really do suit his voice but some could use a different vocalist.
