Patrick Doyle can do no wrong!
Patrick Doyle's soundtracks always knock my socks off. This one is another winner. It has such character & texture, and I like the darker sound of it. If you like this, you might also like Kerry Muzzey's "Lucid" or "Home Movies" CDs, or the scores of Alexandre Desplat. And if you're a Doyle fan, be sure to check out his score for "Mrs Winterbourne", which is brilliant yet often overlooked.

Scottish composer and actor Patrick Doyle has written music for and appeared in several of Kenneth Branagh's films. Before coming to films, Doyle received his education at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow. In 1981, he appeared in his debut feature, Chariots of Fire (1981).
