lord keep me day by day
that song along it's one of the greatest song ever sang she really put her heart into what god has blessed her with she one of my favorite gospel singer so positive and anointed
File under "Havin' Church"
The title track is just the beginning of the gold on this should-be-classic recording. I have no idea why I hadn't heard of this before, but as someone rooted in the early "contemporary gospel" music, it serves as the posthumous foundation for so many other recordings that I'm familiar with over the years. Simply put, it's a Holy Ghost good time with all the fervor of the James Cleveland/Caravans/Walker/Franklin era in one live recording. If your foot don't tap, go see the doctor, 'cuz it must be broken.
