a must!
i can't believe this is on i tunes! this album has been a staple of mine since it came out in '93. most of these songs remain in heavy rotation on my ipod to this day. for those who don't know, this is a collection of music, artists and songs that were an inspiration to p.g. in making the 'us' album-- still my favorite of his albums (tied with 'passion', of course). i can't even count how many times these songs made it onto all the mix tapes i made throughout the nineties. too bad it's not itunes plus-- my cd skips in a couple of spots. i highly recommend this to any p.g. fan. it's a great mix of traditional, world, world beat, rock, and atmospheric musics all in one cool package. a must!
