Pretty NIce for a Beginner
As a fellow producer/DJ who isn't getting enough exposure, I feel the need to express this opinion just so that I can give a few ideas for how to improve.
First off, the beats are sort of cheap. Not only are the samples generic, but the composition of them is also the usual kicksnarekicksnare combination. Try new samples (there are a hell of a lot of them)
The synths are great, but seemingly arbitrary at times. At one moment, it will be playing a synth, the next a completely different one (and the other ones gone) and then it goes to a new one. Keep with about 5 synths throughout the song. It's good that it has variety, but really what should change throughout the song is the beats, and the amount of cutoff/reso or any other effects.
I love how the synths are used rythmically, but try using a lot of bass, and maybe in one point of a song, play some fat bass or something. I love fat basslines =D
out of 5, I'd give this a 3.2. Pretty good job.
