Uumm, what's going on? I:Scintilla has changed their sound, they are becoming more and more mainstream pop-rock-ish in this EP. Why? I loved their older stuff; stick with that style! I get trying to move on and experimenting with new sounds, but this EP sounds far less interesting and original than The Approach or Optics.
umm...
I am very disappointed...I only like one of these songs and its a remix..I hope they move in a different direction...I think they need to edit some of these songs down to about 3 minutes...
It's a good EP
I disagree that this EP sounds more pop-ish than their previous work. The songs show that I:Scintilla can be versatile with their work while still keeping that essence they have. My personal favorite is Ammunition, and the other songs are good too. I would not like them to do a whole album with this sound, but it's a nice step away from their normal style.
