Edan
Edan first official album comes in the form of Primitive Plus. (his first LP was Architecture, which he sold at his shows early on in his career) This album dons 2 songs from Architecture the highly lauded Sing It Sh**face and the fast rap extravaganza Migrane. This album takes Hip-Hop back to a time when skills reigned supreme over image. Edan suberb lyrcism really shines on this album much more than on Beauty and The Beat. While Beauty and The Beat is heavily layeres with mind blowing audio landscapes, Primitive Plus is more about Edan the MC rather than Edan the producer. He seems to take himself less seriously on this album make it a more enjoyable listen than its successor, thus providing a more enjoyable listen than Beauty and The Beat. Highly recommended.

This is a great album, if you like good music i would buy this.
Bringing it back......
This a great album and very over looked. I listened to Edan's beauty and the beat for months before I found out about this one and it is pretty good. It is even easier flowing than beauty and the beat at times but I still do not know it well enough to make any serious judgement calls......
