Truly the best album available on Itunes.
I first came to know of Ill Mitch in summer of 2003. My closest friend, an enlightened person always on the cutting edge of everything, gave me this CD. I would drive around listening to Monkey Interlude and Rap to World, and things just made sense. And you know, I think that people NEED music like Come to USA. In these troubled times, with everything going on in the world, why not take a step back and listen to one man's journey to the New World? There is a level of genius to Ill Mitch that requires multiple listens. It's like reading Michel Foucault or Proust. One has to do it over and over again. And I would absolutely recommend this album to anyone.
Best thing since Sputnik
ILL Mitch is probably the best thing to come out of Russia since Sputnik. His use of words and rhyme is a work of art. I personally like "Fans Are My Friends," I even heard a political campaign changed the words to "Voters are My Friends." Punch White Rap ILL Mitch's first album, he has since released a second album. I personally believe if ILL Mitch would have been around during the space race, the USSR would have beat the US to the Moon. Enjoy and remember "Fast and Danger" the next time you need to get somewhere real fast.
