A must have meditation recording
From Bhante Sujatha's first words, you can hear the love in his voice. Soothing and filled with compassion, Bhante explains the deeper meaning of meditation practice.
The introduction can be listed to again and again, and the two guided meditations are absolutely wonderful.

Bhante Sujatha's voice is so soothing and filled with love that he immediately helps you to feel calm. The introduction is a wonderful overview of the basics of what meditation is all about. I listen to it just as a way to remind myself of the important steps to always adhere to in order to keep my mind calm and my life peaceful.
The meditations are almost indescribable. Bhante Sujatha's guidance takes you through the steps to learn how to gain calmness and peace every day. It's simple, it's beautiful, and it's appropriate for anyone who is looking for a way to relax, a way to learn meditation, or a way to help maintain their path.
It's one of the things I guard the most on my iPod!
