Razed and Reconstructed is a masterpiece album...
Martin England has been playing music since he was 10 years old. England writes in the song-first tradition forged by the likes of Gram Parsons, Steve Earle and Johnny Cash. His songs are emotionally-charged, fueled by rich personal anecdotes, and his lyrics swarm the senses and rouse the imagination with their lucid imagery. England fronted New England’s Pondering Judd for 16 years, writing all of the band’s songs, while capturing both regional and worldwide acclaim with their unique blend of rock, folk, and Americana music. Razed and Reconstructed features 2009 International Bluegrass Association Mandolin Player of the Year Jesse Brock, Adam Terrell (Assembly of Dust), Jason Cohen (Ryan Montbleau Band), and a rhythm section comprised of Mark Hickok and Steve Scully from The Singhs. All songs written by Martin England. This album is a must hear for fans of Americana, Folk, and Roots rock everywhere.
