Excellent
This is one of my favorite albums. I listen to it atleast once a week for my Yoga routines. I like it almost as much as Kitaro or Brian Roughton.

Perfect for restorative yoga.
Excellent for yoga, body work
I started doing yoga for may back and found that having conducive music really makes the session more of a restorative experience. Believe it or not, finding good music has been difficult: either it drones on boringly as in ambient music, or it has too many drums and sudden shifts as in Eastern music. This is perfect! It flows. It is interesting enough to listen to when you are resting, but it doesn't force you to pay attention to it. Gentle, soothing, perfect for body work, yoga, massage. Highly recommended.
