Works Like A Charm!!!
I love this CD. I always have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. The first night I bought this, I fell asleep and woke up in the same position with my earbuds still in my ears! Amazing! The first few tracks are less than 2 minutes and take you through each Chakra, and then enters into a 45 minute track of "Reiki Sleep." The sounds must be tuned to promote falling and staying asleep because it works every time. I highly recommend this CD!!!
