The Blackout Argument has remained consistent over their three year history

New singer alert!! I've been following this band since they were on Engineer. Falling under the emotionally charged hardcore moniker you can expect this disc to be heavily rooted in hardcore tradition with a stout male vocalist and moderately fast tempos. Emotionally charged parts gives way to a slathering of melody and melodically sung vocals. The Blackout Argument has remained consistent over their three year history. If you liked their previous work you will probably like this. The new vocalist carries the band forward with no negative impact on their sound. If you like Comeback Kid or Hand To Hand you'll probably like this as well.

A real cool band some people should check out here

These guys caught my attention immediately. They are litteraly unknown and they deserve some attention. They have a really cool hard core punk/ metalcore sound that is really unique. Every song here offers something different. I can sort of relate this album to Rise againsts first album, the unraveling which is a good thing, just much more metal oriented, but has the punk hardcore roots with alternative chorses. Great album growing on me quick!!
