Ever want to hear what it would sound like if Underground and Mainstream Hip Hop mixed? Well this may be the place to find out! On this album the two emcee's Illustrate and Minority swap songs back and forth creating an interesting contrast while at the same time holding true to a Gospel theme and even a cohesive sound. Illustrate rocks tracks with a more unerground style of samples, lyrics and turntablizm while Minority brings great rhyme schemes to a more club oriented sound with interesting synths and a balance of theological and fun content. Although the whole Circus theme is a little lost in translation the album as a whole sticks together and forms a powerfull experience for fans of both subgenre's. A quality album that you should own!
