Right On!!!!!!!

This is actually an accurate representation of the magic that is Chicago. Of course, no one could ever tell their amazing story with an album with 5 songs, but I like what they have. I am a die-hard fan of Chicago who is not extremely impressed with the post-Peter Cetera era. No need to worry for me then, because all the songs on this album are Cetera sung. Even though I got them over a year ago, "25 or 6 to 4" is still the top played song in my library, followed by "Feelin' Stronger Everyday" If you enjoy music that actually has a touch of musicianship played in (unlike "Laffy Taffy"), then definetely take a look at the awesomest band ever, and surrender to the immortal riff of the opening track.

Chopped up?

Good music from the happy side of the sixties. But, what happened to Make Me Smile? It cuts off abruptly. I think this was originally part of an album-side jam or medley, and really shouldn't be separated from the rest. Poor decision, Rhino. One of the great things about that era was that songs could be longer than 2 or 3 minutes and still get on the radio. In the digital era, that restriction is gone again. Why mangle it?

Yes, the group changed with the death of Terry Kath; and departure of Peter Cetera was the next great (d)evolution of this band. Still, they have made many great recordings with each of their three major stages as a band.

According to Billboard chart statistics, Chicago is second only to the Beach Boys as the most successful American rock band of all time, in terms of both albums and singles. Judged by album sales, as certified by the R.I.A.A., the band does not rank quite so high, but it is still among the Top Ten best-selling U.S. groups ever. If such statements of fact surprise, that's because Chicago has been singularly underrated since the beginning of its long career, both because of its musical ambitions (to...
