Blues influenced 60s garage punk doesn't get much better
Five tracks from the legendary Chicago '60s garage rock masters ; while the Shadows of Knight's version of "Gloria" does not compare to the original version by Them, the other four tracks are fine, fine examples of classic blues songs filtered through the British R & B influenced beat groups such as the early Rolling Stones, Animals, Yardbirds, etc. Particular standouts are the versions of Muddy Waters' "I Just Want To Make Love To You" and "I Got My Mojo Working" and Bo Diddley's "Oh Yeah".

shadows of knight, the sonics, the litter, paul revere and the raiders, count five, The Gants, Mouse & The Traps, the sorrows, the pretty things (first 2 albums), the standells,? & The Mysterians. don't waste time or money on "THEM". Thank You,CAP
