So funky you could smell it
This is a great release. The songs are pretty brief so its a good CD to just play all the way through. Few words are said. Very good music with a relaxing chilled out feel to it. I highly recommend it as a taster for the Meters.

The Meters defined New Orleans funk, not only on their own recordings, but also as the backing band for numerous artists, including many produced by Allen Toussaint.
