Customer Reviews
Good but...
These are very good tracks except for "Wonderin". That song sounds like it was recorded as mono rather than stereo.
Pure goodness
Sit back and bask in the glow of good music.
Eh, a little 2-D
Yet another lounge mix set that never breaks out of the 125 b.p.m. comfort zone. Some of the stuff here is good and could be enjoyed in your own mix ("Latinism" is a standout) but the overall effect of the collection leaves you wanting a little variation. The opening track "Oye la Musica" sort of hits you over the head with too much enthusiasm. And it's just my opinion but, 7 minutes + is just too long for this kind of tune, especially when the whole album never really feels like it starts or stops. It's kind of like one long song that never quite reaches it's potetntial. Good for background music at a crowded party but I doubt you'll have guests asking you about it.
