Paramore Is A Band

An awesome band, at that. Paramore rocks, and no, not because 'HAYLEY'S THE BEST' or 'JOSH IS SO FLIPPIN HOT' or whatever, but because they have amazing songs. Riot! isn't good AT ALL unless you get the whole album, trust me. For A Pessimist, I'm Pretty Optimistic is a really good opener for the album. It's reallly catchy. That's What You Get is one of my absolute favorites. It's so amazingly awesome, and easily stuck in your head. Hallelujah shows Hayley's vocals. Misery Business, eh, crowd favorite. It's a fun song. When It Rains is one of my favorite songs ever. It's a really pretty song. Let The Falmes Begin is pretty cool, I like the intro, and the lyrics. Miracle is pretty good too. crushcrushcrush is also a crowd favorite. It's pretty good, but it's kind of...mellow. Like you expect the instruments or the vocals to go somewhere and they....don't. It's still a good song though, mysterious too. We Are Broken, it's a slow song. But personally, one of Paramore's best. I absolutely love it! Fences, one of their catchiest songs ever. Born For This is a really good song. I don't know why, it just is. Paramore has matured, a lot, since All We Know Is Falling. The sound, vocals, and the lyrics. This is one of those albums you can't miss out on. It's amazing, and so is Paramore.

Paramore is fantastic

If you want to read a review without a million run-on sentences then read this one. This band is phenomenal. Period. Don't just buy the singles because although they are phenomenal songs, I don't think they are the best songs off this album. I'm sure you've heard all of the singles so I'll just review the non-singles. For a Pessimist, I'm Pretty Optimistic- At first this is not a stand out track. But if you give it some listens, you'll see it's one of the best. The guitars promote a high level of energy which is perfectly paired with Hayley's vocals. Zac's drumming really stands out in this track as well. Hallelujah- Origionally one of the band's older songs, they have re-worked the track to fit this record. An overall good listen. The guitars are not my favorite but Hayley's vocals are beyond perfection. The lyrics are also very inspirational if you're into that sort of thing. When It Rains- At first not one of my favorite tracks. However, now it's definately one of my favorites. Hayley's vocals are once again spot on and the instruments create a perfect soundfor a ballad. Let the Flames Begin- One word. EPIC. Maybe my favorite track. One of the edgier songs, the sound is perfect. Love this song. Miracle- Another older song re-worked (although not as well as hallelujah) the band does a good job incorporating this song into the album. Vocals are once again spot on and the lyrics are very inspirational. We are Broken- If you like slow jams this one's for you. I really enjoy the lyrics in this one. Fences- One of the more fun songs on the album. Love the drum beat in this one. Born For This- I LOVE this song. I love the gang vocals mixed with Hayley's vocals. The breakdown is awesome too. Pressure- Origionally off their All We Know Is Falling album, this is a good track. I recommend buying the All we know... album because it is as good if not better than Riot! All in all this album is a great listen. One of my favorites that I own. If your a fan of this genre BUY THIS CD IMMEDIATELY! You won't be dissappointed I promise. If you're not a fan of the genre, neither am I. But I love this album. If you won't take my word for it, go see Paramore live. I guaruntee that will change your mind.

i love paramore's new album! i just discovered them, and i think they're awesome. buy this CD if u agree with me :D they have a fresh, upbeat, and interesting sound. my favorite is crushcrushcrush but all of them are great!!!!!

Although their blend of emo-pop and slick, anthemic rock & roll eventually made them stars on both sides of the Atlantic, Paramore began humbly enough in Franklin, TN, where Hayley Williams met brothers Josh and Zac Farro after moving to town from Mississippi. Already a powerhouse vocalist at the age of 13, Williams joined a band that the Farro siblings had formed with local guitarist Taylor York. She left the group soon after, signing with Atlantic Records as a solo artist instead, but clashed...
