What do u mean "Who is this cat"? This is only the 2nd greatest crew in hip-hop! Yeah, its The R.O.C. baby! Now, there are a few good songs like "The Truth" and Roc tha Mic", but if they had more Jay-z, I'd buy, but overall, not bad.
