Live and Unplugged in NYC
Ron Pope is truly a gifted and talented singer/songwriter. His lyrics are full of personal experiences and raw emotion! On "Live and Unplugged In NYC" Ron performs songs that span his entire collection. For Ron Pope addicts that own everything he has out he has included the perviously unreleased "Come Over Tonight". The live performances of "A Drop In The Ocean" and "Fireflies" contain preludes not found on previous versions of the songs. Ron has a way of singing a song that makes it sound as though he is singing it for the very first time and he is singing it just for you. The power and emotion that Ron displays on all his CDs is somehow intensified while singing live in front of his fans. Lucky for us this excitement was captured on CD. I was at this show when the CD was recorded and the drive to the city was well worth the trip! My only regret was that I could not pack up all my friends and bring them along. With the release of "Live and Unlugged" I can relive that great night over and over and this time I can bring all my friends along! If you have never seen Ron Pope live or you are new to his music you owe it to yourself to grab this CD!
