No for Before I Self Destruct
Bringing the good-old hip-hop back...
Jay-Z has had it with all theese newcomers, with their skinny jeans, light voices and vocoders, which he said in his previous single for the Blueprint 3 album, "D.O.A. (Death Of Autotune". Jay clearly shows us that he is sick of the same mainstream-ringtone artists who only makes music to get radio play.
In "Run This Town", Jay-Z delivers with his two sick verses, and when Rihana kicks in with her vocals, it can not go wrong! Kanye's verse was in my opinion "so-so", but on the better half of it, he rapped WITHOUT the auto-tune, which I think was for the best (not saying he can't use it, he just sounds a million times better when you get that College Dropout-feeling in his voice).
Overall; a great single from Jay, Rihanna and Yey, and deffinatly a song worth having in your iTunes library.
Jesus, where are you people?!
Jay-Z is one of the greatest-no, the greatest living-rappers of all time and you people aren't buying any of his new stuff, and it's some of his best! Death of Auto-Tune was incredible and that didn't even hit the top ten on here. You all need to get your heads out of your a*ses and hear some good music cause the Black Eyed Peas pale in comparison to J Hova.
