I first bought KEVIN WOOD by luck, I listened on the Itunes player the samples of his music and I wa instantly hooked. The Scenic Listening album along with Sacred are two amazing albums. The Chanting with a modern twist is the reason why this album is above all others. Im a fan for World, Folk, Celtic and New Age music and I must say that this album is a must. I infact love music more than just about anything, If you know of any music that is similar to this style, write about it. I would'nt see why these suggestions wouldnt be listed.
Very Very Nice
I sort of stumbled onto Kevin Wood's Sacred album through iTunes browsing and found this one as well. I really enjoy the balance that Wood strikes between contemporary and classical rhythms. This album is restful and soothing to listen to--but without putting you to sleep. I do recommend buying a couple of the more popular tracks that appeal to you and listening to them in their entirety before buying more tracks or the entire album, however, just to be sure this is the sort of sound you enjoy.
LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!
I discovered Kevin Wood's work also through i tunes Genius. Now I am a huge fan of his music! It goes beyond relaxing and meditation! It is some of the best music to drive long distances to! (like a trip from south MS to Omaha NE!) I would recommend any of these albums to anyone who is a fan of enigma type music!
