once again midnite allows their st. croix vibe to be gifted to the masses. i recomend getting a glimpse of this band before their career rocks them into the stradosphere. There have been numerous bands droppin' niceness ,but but this is in it's own vein. Fairfax california offers big respect and many thanks
The Most Beautiful roots!!
I saw this group play their first california show at the monterey reggae fest, also got to catch all their shows at the vet's hall in santa cruz. These are simply amazing live sets of non-stop roots. Vaughn benjamin is such a stunning poet and songwriter, very conscientious lyrics that stick with you. Ras Mek Peace is a MUST(i guess its better its not on itunes!), straight roots vibes without all the digital effects. The musicianship on any midnite album will blow tru reggae fans away. Also check out the goddess of roots DEZARIE!!

These guys used to play in a club in Wash, D.C. and are great!!! everything they do is worth the price. Too bad they are not here in D.C. any more.
